This pulley mount is 1″ square with a 1″ turned section to fit a 1″ bore structural framing system, which is sold by McMaster-Carr.

The pulleys are 1 3/8″ in diameter and are made to accommodate belt sizes from 1/8″ to 3/16″.  They incorporate high grade Japanese bearings to ensure long life.
