Brittany Nicole Cox was trained as a jeweler and is internationally certified as a watch and clockmaker. Additionally, she earned her MA in Conservation Studies specializing in clocks and related dynamic objects.
She operates Memoria Technica, an independent workshop located in Seattle Washington. She specializes in the conservation & restoration of antique complicated clocks, watches, automata, mechanical magic, and mechanical music objects.
She works with David Lindow on a regular basis – with collaborations varying from new making of mechanisms to teaching engine turning. In addition to these tangible projects, she works for Lindow Machine Works and the MADE lathe team as their web designer.
